Through our employment and enterprise programme we support young people to develop and utilise their skills, help them gain qualifications and provide one-to-one support and advice so they are better prepared to find employment, gain further training or create their own business.

Over the last two years we have provided support and guidance to over 150 young people aged 16 to 25 years old through the programme which is funded by Talent Match, Moving On Up, and West Hackney Parochial Charity. Over 20 young people have gone through the Start Up Kitchen, receiving advice and guidance from some of the leading tech entrepreneurs. Six young people have gone on to start their own businesses, and over 120 have got jobs, further training, or apprenticeships.

We are always seeking to engage people who want to be involved with the programme so if you, or anyone you know, fit the bill please contact Sola for an informal discussion. WhatsApp / text / phone 07500 964 393 or email sola@skyway.london.
