About Us

At SkyWay, we help people to drive the change they need for a better future, to give young people friendly and professional support, to help them to create a better future for themselves and the community they’re part of. We work with members of the wider community because we know how interlinked young people’s lives are with the people and places where they live, learn and socialise.

Our focus includes:

  • Providing varied, engaging, fun and challenging sessions to support positive mental health and wellbeing, reduce isolation and develop new skills & experiences
  • Offering life coaching, providing positive role models, parenting support and one to ones to support those struggling in the education system
  • Creating peer leadership programmes to develop new employability skills,  empowering greater ambition and developing positive peer relationships.
  • Employment support, skills development, connecting communities and supporting people to gain skills to find employment and training
  • Providing food – both through our community food programmes and at our youth sessions through the development of healthy eating and other food programmes
  • Building trust through all our activities; sessions, coaching, mentoring & one to ones
